The newest fine dining experience in Scotland

The Requirement

We were asked to design the identity for Scotland’s newest fine dining restaurant based in Banchory by the Falls of Feugh. With Chef Orry Shand at the helm, the team wanted an identity that was both elegant and contemporary and ‘spoke’ of the place.

Our Approach
The powerful flow of the Falls of Feugh became the central inspiration for the identity system. We developed an “F” marque based on the idea that a single drop, multiplied repeatedly, becomes a moving body of water.

Combined with refined typography, the symbol establishes a confident and sophisticated visual identity that positions Falls as a standout culinary destination within the region.
