The requirement
Raven wanted to further penetrate the North American major arena market and required a marketing strategy to support the acquisition of customers and growth in spend from existing customers.
Our approach
After extensive research and workshops with the Raven Controls team, a new marketing strategy for the North American market was developed. Inclusive of approaches for driving new business with new and current customers, the plan gave the team a comprehensive approach to marketing in North America.
