Challenge

Support Danfoss in the commercialisation of the Dextreme hydraulic pump, through delivering the promotion of the ground-breaking product to the European and Asian excavator OEM markets.

Our work

Working alongside internal global marcomms team, we supported the development of a marketing strategy for identified key accounts in the market, with guidance provided on buyer proposition, contact tactics and content. Our marketing agency and creative studio followed on from this work by supporting the implementation of the product marketing on an ongoing basis as a retained marketing and design resource. This included leading marketing asset creation, event management and support, social media management, public affairs engagement and support with internal comms.

Our work supported the transition from incubation to commercialisation of a product. Our support of the global strategic roll out secured the successful ongoing development and penetration of the product.
