Challenge

Drive global employee engagement and compliance with a new global SAP project across the UK, Asia, Dominican Republic, Europe and US.

Our work

In an active role, over a two-year period, we worked as part of an integrated internal project team designing, developing and delivering a stakeholder engagement strategy. It was delivered across all global regions and at all levels of the business, using workshops, meetings, print and online communications, intranet, internal visibility campaigns, feedback surveys and 1:1’s.
