GLM x Genoa Black

We designed and activated an updated positioning for Scotland’s existing building specialists.

Industry: Architecture, Surveying, Construction

GLM is a multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors, architects and project managers.

Challenge

GLM required a multi-disciplined partner to support the development and activation of a new business positioning.

Our work

Design snapshot

The initial project was the design of a brand positioning strategy to better establish their position in the market as a practice that serves both private and commercial clients.

Our brand design team then established a distinct visual language and messaging suite to communicate this positioning.

Following the positioning, Genoa Black's marketing team and creative studio delivered a website to launch GLM's refreshed identity. The implementation of the brand activation extended to delivering a new asset library, updating all touchpoints to reflect GLM as a business best positioned in both private and commercial industries.

Ian McKee, Managing Director, GLM

“It is wonderful to see come to fruition the redevelopment of our website and the positioning of our business to deliver our focus and unique approach to a wider market.

With a remit to update our website so that it spoke not only to our extensive existing private client market but also to the wider commercial sector, Genoa Black deployed their considerable skills and experience to examine our business strategy, question our business philosophy and explore our aims and aspirations.

We are delighted with the outcome which, thanks to their multi-talents, has aligned our brand strategy, messaging and visual identity in a new website providing information, resources and confidence to both our private client and commercial client sectors.”
